Terms and conditions – Orvo (Eoka AB, Swedish company reg. no. 559587-0162)

1. Parties and contact

Seller: Eoka AB, Swedish company reg. no. 559587-0162 Address: Blåportsgatan 2B, 1315, 371 56 Karlskrona, Sweden Email: support@eoka.se

2. Age and eligibility

To shop with us you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Orders are for private use only – resale is not permitted.

3. Products, prices and promotions

All prices are shown in the currency displayed for your country, including VAT, unless otherwise stated. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Product images may differ from the actual item depending on your screen or the supplier's images.

We reserve the right to change prices, promotions and stock status at any time. Any promotion terms (period, restrictions) are stated with the offer.

4. Orders and contract

By completing your purchase you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when you receive an order confirmation from Orvo by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders, for example in the case of obvious errors, suspected fraud or items being out of stock. Always check your order carefully before you confirm your purchase.

5. Payment

Payment is made using the methods shown at checkout. The options available include: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.

Payments are handled by external payment providers under their own terms. If you pay later or in instalments with Klarna, Klarna's terms and assessments apply – Eoka is not responsible for any credit checks or delays connected with them. You are responsible for making sure your details are correct and that sufficient funds are available. If payment is not received, the order may be cancelled.

6. Prohibited use

You may not misuse the service, attempt fraud, get round technical protections or automatically collect data from the website. Eoka reserves the right to cancel orders or close accounts where misuse is suspected.

7. Right to cancel (14 days)

You have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, counted from the day you receive the goods. To cancel, tell us in writing by email at support@eoka.se before you send the goods back.

Please return the goods unused and in their original condition, complete with all parts, accessories and manuals, in the original packaging. Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned once unsealed. If the product has been handled more than necessary (for example if it has been used, assembled, filled with fuel or oil, or shows wear, dirt or damage), we will reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, but we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof that they have been sent.

Exceptions to the right to cancel:

Goods sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery. Goods made to your specifications or personalised.

8. Returns – in practice

Please send returns only once customer service has approved them. Contact us by email. When your return is approved, we will give you the return address and send you instructions.

Returns sent without a cancellation notice, or that do not meet the conditions (unused, original condition, all parts and accessories, original packaging), may be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.

9. Faulty goods

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply: goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item is faulty you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery; after that you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that is not possible or does not fix the fault, a price reduction or a refund. You can bring a claim for up to six years from delivery (five years in Scotland). Please tell us as soon as reasonably possible after you discover the fault.

For an accepted claim after the first 30 days, we will first offer a repair or a replacement item. If that is not possible, we will offer a price reduction or a refund. Normal wear and tear, and damage caused by misuse or accidents, are not faults. We cover reasonable postage costs for accepted claims.

10. Changing or cancelling an order

Once an order is being processed or has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or changed. This is because orders are passed automatically to our suppliers for immediate handling and international shipping. If you want to return an item, section 7 above applies.

11. Liability and limitation of liability

Eoka is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for financial loss such as loss of income. In any event, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights under Swedish law or the law of the country where you live, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

12. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, decisions by the authorities, strikes, acts of war, or disruption at a carrier or payment provider.

13. Intellectual property

All content on the website is owned by Eoka AB or its licensors and is protected under Swedish, EU and international law. Our trade marks, logos and text may not be used without written permission.

14. Delivery, shipping and risk

We deliver with PostNord or another equivalent carrier to the options shown at checkout (to Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, unless otherwise stated).

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Please note: orders placed at the weekend are dispatched on the following Monday at the earliest. High volumes at postal and delivery services can cause delays that are beyond our control.

If your delivery is delayed and we have not told you in advance, please contact us at support@eoka.se.

Some items may be shipped directly from suppliers outside the UK. In that case you are treated as a private importer and are responsible for any customs duty or import VAT under the applicable rules.

Risk in the goods passes to you once they have been delivered. Always check the parcel when you receive it. Visible damage must be reported straight away to the carrier and to us.

Parcels that are not collected are charged a handling fee of £17 to cover our actual costs.

15. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are linked in the footer of the shop. Please read them for information about the purposes, legal basis and your rights.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The latest version is published in the shop. Orders placed before a change are not affected.

17. Governing law and disputes

Swedish law applies. However, as a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there. Otherwise, disputes are heard by the Swedish general courts, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance. You can also contact the UK International Consumer Centre (formerly the UK European Consumer Centre) for free advice on cross-border disputes.
